ARCHIVE SOUNDSCAPES
The advanced LYS archiving system allows you to upload, date, geolocate mono, stereo, M / S, binaural, LCR, quad, 5.0, 5.1, Ambisonics A-format, ORTF 3D audio files. It also allows you to describe them accurately, giving you the possibility of providing both basic textual and visual information, as well as information of advanced detail. Adds the information in the metadata of the archived file, according to the recommendations of EBU Tech 3285 and FADGI. The system creates a low quality listening file and offers an interface to be able to customize it according to the listening needs and the content of the recording.
SEARCHING FOR SOUNDSCAPES
A powerful search system allows you to search and filter the information entered during the archiving process, allowing easy and quick identification of what you are looking for.
The LYS map contains the soundscapes that users have made available for free listening through the preview or even for downloading the original files, in the microphone configuration described in the characteristics.
The map allows you to easily identify the search areas giving the possibility to optimize the results through the filter system.
CREATING SOUNDSCAPES PROJECTS
The LYS archiving system allows you to create research, archiving and training projects through effective tools that allow easy management.
The archiving system allows users' contributions to be merged into a single map and with its own search engine. The projects are independent spaces, managed independently by the owner administrators. They can be customized according to your needs. All registrations uploaded to public projects also flow into the LYS map.

Sondascapes uploaded may be fully described by adding varoius weather conditions, environment contaminations, brief and long descriptions and also recorders and microphones used. All info will be stored also in your broacast files

Long ambience records are best sound way to describe a location and LYS love them, but don't worry: you can download the entire file or only the part that you need!
Free listening
Sounds on LYS map can be listened form everyone, but don't worry: they aren't the originals files. They are MONO Lo-Fi proxy files that can't be used in broadcast world.
