User Agreement

3. FileLYS

FileLYS as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement, must also have the following characteristics:

- does not contain dialogues, even partial ones, with sexual, religious, political, racial or otherwise contrary to public order and morality;

- does not contain records of fraudulent communications and dialogues recorded without explicit authorization from the parties involved in the dialogue;

- does not violate the law, copyright, any other rights of third parties or the rules of LYS;

- corresponds to its description.

The description of the sound file cannot contain false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or slanderous data.

Any further file that cannot be defined as FileLYS will be removed by LYS and the User will be notified of its removal.

LYS has no control, does not guarantee and has no responsibility for the existence, quality, safety and legality of FileLYS for which the owner of the same is directly responsible, which must guarantee the minimum upload quality of FileLYS for storage.
